What You’ll Be Doing:
❇️ Pour personality into every cocktail you create—balanced, bold, and on point
❇️Own your station: setup, service, and shutdown like a pro
❇️Engage guests with energy, insight, and a sharp eye for detail
❇️Recommend drinks and pairings with confidence—you're the expert here
❇️Handle orders, tabs, and payments smoothly and by the book
❇️Keep your bar spotless and stocked, front to back
❇️Be a team player—jump in, support others, and keep service seamless
❇️Know your laws and serve responsibly at all times

What You Bring:
✔️ 3+ years behind the bar in high-volume settings (rooftop or lounge a plus)
✔️A deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail trends, and drink aesthetics (hand crafted cocktails are a must!)
✔️A calm-under-pressure attitude with fast hands and sharper instincts
✔️Polished presence, great conversation skills, and genuine hospitality
✔️Experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality preferred
✔️The ability to own your space and still vibe with the team

Associate Responsibilities specific for this role and Department:

1. Set up assigned station per outlet standards, specifications and inventories.
2. Make & serve drinks to guests & cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures & policies regarding beverage & safety controls.
3. Greet, interact and engage with guest in a highly professional manner exceeding guest expectations at all times.
4. Accomplish daily assignments and checklists as assigned.
5. Assist other bartenders and servers whenever necessary for total unity and teamwork to ensure efficient and quality service to all guests.
6. Maintain front and back of the house cleanliness standards to ensure that the highest quality products are consistently being delivered to the guest at all times.
7. Manage time and bar section productivity according to the volume of business in all areas.
8. Ring guest checks; collect cash & process credits & room charges in the exact manner outlined by Company policies & procedures.
9. Complete liquor requisitions & supply lists.
10. Know and comply with state and city liquor laws.
