An Engineer II is primarily responsible for the completion of Preventative Maintenance work in all rooms/areas. Engineer II is responsible for repairs and maintenance to include but not limited to: wallpaper & paint, grout and tile, HVAC basic maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical. Engineer II works with Engineer Supervisor and/or Chief Engineer to plan and complete Preventative Maintenance of all Guest rooms according to Annual Task Schedule and in compliance with PHR and Brand standards.

Two years or its equivalent in trade school or training in building maintenance/construction. Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills may require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment. |
